About this stay

Annapara is a boutique hideaway tucked into the wilderness of Wayanad and perched on top of a hillock. Barefoot luxury in fresh mountain air offers a digital detox with swings and hammocks scattered around the property. The stay has seven rooms for reunions, romantic getaways and nature holidays, with basic comforts in the lap of nature. Guests can explore tea and coffee plantations with naturalists, visit nearby waterfalls, enjoy a natural infinity pool overlooking a valley, traditional Kerala cuisine, yoga, meditation, bird watching, bonfires and sustainable tourism.

Built in 1951, each room was home for a family of plantation workers. The vintage structure has been preserved and restored for a rustic ambience with modern amenities and comforts. Each room has a verandah overlooking the coffee plantation and Chembra Peak beyond, a kingsize bed and an en suite closet and washroom.

Family Suites

The family suites have evolved out of a humble utility area and are almost on a cliff with an aerial view of a coffee plantation and views of forest-covered hills, valleys and Chembra Peak. Bricks, stone pillars and wood are arranged around a courtyard, with natural light from skylights. The suites have a verandah, living room and en suite closet and washroom.
