Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort

Beach & Lake Ayurvedic Resort is a privately owned Ayurvedic resort 8 kilometres south of Trivandrum International Airport, nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Karamana river on an island. The resort offers therapeutic and rejuvenating Ayurvedic programmes and combines Ayurveda with yoga. Its backwaters are bordered by coconut palms and are a natural habitat for migratory birds, while a secluded beach stretches 4 kilometres north toward Kovalam. The property is open through the year, with October to April as the main tourist season and June and July recommended for treatments.
