• Breakfast is served 8–10 a.m.; lunch 1–3 p.m.; dinner 8–10:30 p.m. Food, beverage and housekeeping services close at 10:30 p.m.
• Room service is chargeable and incurs a 30% service charge; it is typically limited and discouraged.
• The swimming pool is open 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m.; swimming is not allowed after 6 p.m.
• Nylon swimming costume is mandatory in the pool; costumes may be purchased at the resort subject to availability.
• Pool users must shower first, use the changing room afterward, and not walk in public areas in swimming costumes or towels. Do not use the pool during rain or lightning.
• Nature trail timings are 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.; it lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, requires suitable footwear/clothing, and children under 7 are not allowed.
• Cycling is allowed 7 a.m.–6 p.m. only in permitted areas; guests should inspect cycles before use.
• Bonfire is 7:30–10 p.m., subject to weather; food and liquor are not allowed in the bonfire area.
• Indoor activities close at 8:30 p.m. and outdoor activities at 6 p.m.; equipment is first-come, first-served.
• Guests should use the in-room safe for valuables; rooms are serviced after noon unless instructed otherwise; two water bottles are replenished daily.
