Repurposed within an existing forest Guest House, the four Chamber Rooms are nestled at the heart of the property, providing seamless access to amenities such as the Viewing Deck and Lounge. Each room extends to its own private patio, inviting guests to enjoy the surrounding nature. When booked together, the Chamber Rooms offer a connected stay for families or small groups.

Perched on a platform overlooking the forest terrain, the Tents at Kaav are a private oasis where modern amenities merge with the rustic charm of the outdoors. Each stilted tent opens onto a floating verandah with a view of a core area of the reserve forest and its wildlife, while the interior features comforts such as a freestanding bathtub.

The Kariya Suite is a private pool villa with a soaring bedroom, living and pantry area, private sun deck and plunge pool. Its living room can transform into an additional guest room with an en-suite bathroom, making it suitable for families or groups.
