Manan Homestay

Manan Homestay is a sustainable, low-carbon farm stay in Gonikoppa, Coorg, set within a coffee, pepper and paddy plantation. The retreat uses eco-friendly laterite earth and local terracotta, with two traditional-style, semi-detached private cottages designed for comfort and privacy. Each cottage is suited for two adults and two children below 12 and has a private verandah/sit-out, a double-bed Master Sanctuary with an attached modern washroom, and a Queen-bed Verandah Room with a study/writing table and a view of the farm. Guests have access to a common dining room and outdoor patio, housekeeping, complimentary breakfast, à la carte local meals on request, estate walks, Kodava cuisine, stargazing and bonfires, plus free Wi-Fi on request. Televisions are intentionally not provided; CCTV is installed throughout the property, and guests may explore the farm with prior knowledge.
