No-shows, same-day cancellations, late-arrival unused nights and early-departure unused nights are non-refundable. Non-refundable, Advance Purchase, Flash Sale and similar promotional rates are non-refundable from booking; date changes are not permitted unless the offer says otherwise. One date change may be requested 15+ days before check-in, subject to availability and prevailing rates; higher new-date rates require the difference, while lower-rate refunds deduct the 3% transaction fee. Changes within 14 days follow the cancellation terms. Force-majeure and similar events are generally non-refundable, though management may offer a credit voucher. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method; the property initiates them within 7–14 business days of written cancellation, with bank posting time additional. Foreign-exchange differences and cross-border fees are borne by the guest. For bookings of 3+ rooms and/or 6+ room-nights, unless otherwise agreed in writing: 30+ days receive refund minus 3% fee, 15–29 days incur a 50% charge, and 0–14 days are fully charged.
