- • Children up to 8 years stay free with parents.
- • Uninformed guest: ₹2000/- chargeable + valid ID required.
- • ₹2000/- refundable security deposit payable at check-in.
- • Damages, losses, or rule violations will be deducted from deposit.
- • Security deposit refund is initiated within 6 hours after check-out.
- • Deliveries & Services (Camp Fire, Barbeque, Car Wash, etc.) are chargeable.
- • Pricing is based on guest headcount, not the booking of the full villa.
- 🏠 House Rules
- •🚭No smoking indoors; use designated areas.
- • 🔇No loud music or noise 🤫, especially at night.
- • Respect neighbours and the community.
- • No road games; children may play only in front of the house.
- • Garden: Walking only; no games, rough play, or plucking plants.
- • Switch off electricals/electronics when not in use.
- • UPS backup is limited (200Ah); usage-based. Light🟡on the fridge = mains power ON.
- • During BESCOM maintenance or heavy rain/lightning, power outages may last longer.
- • Close doors/windows by 5:30 PM to prevent mosquitoes & insects.
- • Night security guard sleeps in the parking lot for guests’ safety and security (10 PM – 6 AM).
- • Housekeeping / home-maid services are available between 9 AM – 3 PM.
- • Pets must be supervised at all times; free-roaming in the garden or layout is strictly prohibited.
- ↔️ Way In / Out
- • Entrance Main Gate: Open 6 AM – 9 PM.
- • Please call the property care taker/owner to assist, if locked.
- ✅ Before You Leave / Check-Out
- • Keep items in their original place; dispose trash in bins.
- • Switch off all electricals and return keys to the caretaker.
- ❗Management is not responsible for loss of belongings, valuables, or items left in the rooms.
- ⚠️ NOTE: Misconduct or disturbance may result in immediate eviction and legal action.
- Strictly NO illegal activities: Drugs, prostitution, or unlawful acts will be reported to the Police.
- 📋 Advance Booking
- • Full payment for the stay is mandatory to confirm the booking.
- • Primary guest ID proof with address required (PAN not accepted), along with mobile / WhatsApp number.
- • Primary guest is fully responsible for all issues, damages, and concerns arising during the stay.
