House rules🕒 Check-In & Check-Out · • Check-in: From 01:00 PM | Check-out: Before 11:00 AM · 🪪 ID, Security & Charges · • Valid ID Proof with address required for all guests (PAN card not accepted). · • Children up to 8 years stay free with parents. · • Uninformed guest: ₹2000/- chargeable + valid ID required. · • ₹2000/- refundable security deposit payable at check-in. · • Damages, losses, or rule violations will be deducted from deposit. · • Security deposit refund is initiated within 6 hours after check-out. · • Deliveries & Services (Camp Fire, Barbeque, Car Wash, etc.) are chargeable. · • Pricing is based on guest headcount, not the booking of the full villa. · 🏠 House Rules · •🚭No smoking indoors; use designated areas. · • 🔇No loud music or noise 🤫, especially at night. · • Respect neighbours and the community. · • No road games; children may play only in front of the house. · • Garden: Walking only; no games, rough play, or plucking plants. · • Switch off electricals/electronics when not in use. · • UPS backup is limited (200Ah); usage-based.
