The Portico Boutique Resort is a private resort in Shamshabad, Hyderabad, designed for complete seclusion and booked as a full-property buyout, one group at a time. The estate has five luxury suites with ten bedrooms, each suite with a private courtyard and four-seater Jacuzzi. Every suite has two bedrooms with a king bed in each, an attached bathroom with an indoor area and open-to-sky shower, premium linen and a 55-inch TV. Guests have the fibre-optic-lit swimming pool, separate kids pool, 3,000 sq ft glass-walled lounge, 35,000 sq ft landscaped event lawn, 5,000 sq ft Mandap Hall and open green space.
